MyButter — Support

A native client for your configured Butter server.

MyButter keeps conversations in folders and sessions, reads streaming responses, and provides a slash-command palette. You supply the Butter server; the app does not include a hosted service.

Development preview. This app is being prepared for its first App Store release.

Help with the app

How do I connect?

Open the app’s server settings and enter the address of your own Butter server. The server must be running and reachable from your phone.

Why does a conversation not load?

Check the server address, network connection, and whether your Butter server is running. MyButter cannot connect to a server that is stopped or unavailable.

Does the app include a hosted assistant?

No. A configured Butter server is required. Features and responses depend on that server.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the app version, iOS version, and a description of the problem. Do not email passwords, server tokens, or private conversation content.
