Blackjack Now — Privacy Policy
Blackjack Now is a free blackjack practice game and basic-strategy trainer for iPhone and iPad, published by Logan Moore (moorecode.com). In this policy, "the app" means Blackjack Now.
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy describes version 1.0, build 202609091312 and later builds with the same data practices. The app has no betting, chips, currency, advertising, or in-app purchases.
No account required
Blackjack Now does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other contact details. Hand history, statistics, trainer progress, milestones, and settings are stored locally on your device.
Information collected
We do not collect data from the app through a developer-operated server or third-party SDK. The app has no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK. We do not collect your location, device advertising identifier, or app interaction data, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.
Advertising and tracking
The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It does not use the advertising identifier or display an App Tracking Transparency permission prompt because it does not perform tracking. The former Google AdMob integration and optional video-ad button have been removed.
Apple Game Center
Game Center sign-in is optional. When you are signed in, the app submits your longest win streak and trainer accuracy to Apple Game Center, associated with your Game Center player. Apple operates the leaderboards and handles this data under its Game Center privacy notice. We do not copy your Game Center profile or scores to a separate server. Declining Game Center does not prevent you from using the app.
Apple diagnostics
If you opt in to Apple's diagnostic sharing in device settings, Apple may provide crash reports through App Store Connect. We use available crash reports to investigate faults. The app does not send diagnostics to a separate analytics or crash-reporting provider.
Children
Blackjack Now contains simulated blackjack play and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention and deletion
Local hand history, trainer progress, and settings are removed when you delete the app. Deleting the app does not delete scores already submitted to Game Center; Apple manages Game Center data and controls under its own privacy notice.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
