Frequently asked questions

Is this real-money gambling?

No. There are no bets, chips, balances, or currency of any kind. Each hand is recorded as a win, loss, or push. There is no way to win money or prizes.

What does the score measure?

Your win rate is the number of hands won divided by all hands played, including pushes. Home shows your record, Sessions lists recent hands, and Stats shows your results over time.

Can I change the table rules?

Yes. In Settings you can change whether the dealer hits soft 17, allow surrender and double-after-split, set the maximum split hands, and choose the number of decks.

How do I turn off sound or haptics?

Open Settings and use the Sound and Haptics toggles. Sound also respects your device's mute switch.

How do I practice strategy?

Open Trainer from the Home tab to practice basic-strategy decisions. Open Strategy Chart from Home for a reference based on your selected rules.

Are there ads or purchases?

No. The current version has no advertising, in-app purchases, or tracking permission prompt. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my data?

Blackjack Now does not require an account. Deleting the app removes local hand history, trainer progress, and settings. Scores submitted through optional Apple Game Center are managed by Apple and are not deleted when you remove the app.
